Happy Habits.

Redefine happiness.  Don't limit your potential.  Reduce the "shoulds".  Have a "happy hour". 
Practise incremental change.    Alter bad habits.  Spring clean your life - regularly.  Get it done today. 
Look at your upbringing objectively.  Forgive others.  Be your own guru.
Recognise your strengths.  Find flow.  Transfer your skills.  Keep Focussed.  Keep a positive events diary. 
Practise gratitude excercises.   Make rest a priority.    Create a rewards system. 
Remember to be happy!


Happy Body.

Exercise now.  Exercise to boost your mind.  Practise mindful exercise.  Take a "thank you" walk. 
Practise controlled breathing.    Practise progressive muscle relaxation.  Practise visual imagery relaxation. 
Sort out your sleep routine.  Keep your bedroom distraction-free.    Switch off.  Put down your burden.  
Keep an exercise log.  Snack on something healthy.  Re-hydrate yourself.  Make activity vigorous.
Increase incidental activity.  Accept your body.  Listen to your body.  Stretch. 
Laugh!


Happy Relationships.

Cut comparisons.  Practise affirmation.  Spend time with positive people.  Be supportive. 
Focus on people's strengths.     Be an unconditional friend.  Be purposeful in your relationships. 
Accentuate the positive.  Outweigh the negatives with positives.   Communicate effectively. 
Be affirmative in conversation.  Choose your words.  Foster your intimate relationship.  Be a do-gooder.
Pay a "celebration visit".  Give generously.  Lean on others.  Enlist a happiness buddy. 
Have a friend affirm you.  Reflect on criticism positively.


Happy Mind.

Aim to play above the line.  Clarify your values.  Repel antagonistic values.  There is nothing good or bad. 
Trump negativity.   Simplify your life.  Do sweat the small stuff.  Think like an optimist. 
Be aware of your internal voice.  Challenge your thoughts.   Get a spam filter. 
Test the helpfulness of thoughts.  Overcome worry.    Get into the game.  Think again.   
Plant optimistic thoughts.    Ask the question.      Stop the sky from falling - rationalise.


Happy Life.

Set goals.  Work and play using your strengths.  Visualise a happy you.  Direct your own life story. 
Create your ideal "happiness pie".    Make a substitution.  Eulogise your ideal life. 
Maximise happiness productivity.  Put yourself first.  Plan mini-breaks.    Prioritise tasks.   
Refine your workload.  Stop waiting for happiness.    Be curious about the world.  Lighten up. 
Deal with adversity.     Take action to maintain happiness.   Be prepared for setbacks.    Handle your problems.
